This phone call is a conversation that simply allows us to get to chat with you, get to know you a little bit, and hear more about your needs and how we can help.
Don’t feel like you have to have every idea and detail to present to us, this is just an opportunity to have an informal conversation about your potential project and what you generally have in mind. We will also discuss our service offerings with you to determine if we would be a good fit.
No obligation, no stress!

Step 1.

No matter what your project is, it always begins with a complimentary Discovery Call

This investment is for our Creative services only and does not include the purchase price of any products or outside labor.

We charge based on a flat-fee investment model for our services (with the exception of Design On Demand which is hourly).
Each project estimate is based on the scope of work for each individual project. See all of our Service Offerings here

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management covers all the nitty-gritty work required to bring your project to competition.

This includes scheduling & communicating with any tradespeople or others associated with fulfilling the design intent for design plans. It also includes site visits, workroom visits, contractor and/or tradesperson emails and phone calls, Client meetings to review project progress, etc. We also handle the expert installation of each and every product into your home based on the plan we created for you. You don't have to lift a finger from the time you approve each product until the time you are relaxing in front of the television with your family. This fee is calculated after we develop your scope of work.

PROCUREMENT

Procurement is the logistical management of all products and is paid as the selections are approved by you.

Procurement includes ordering, initial shipping, freight, delivery, product inspections, product warehousing, product procurement, product tracking, quality control, returns, and local delivery to & inside your home with the assembly of products as needed.
Production is calculated as a percentage of your total product order on each invoice.

We do not require clients to purchase products through us.

Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you most likely haven’t had much experience working with a designer. Below you’ll find our answers to some of the most common questions about working with a designer.

How do I know if I need an Interior Designer?

  • You’re considering new construction, an addition, renovation, or remodel, and you need an interior designer to make the most of the functionality of the space and ensure that all the little details are right.

  • Your current space doesn’t represent your style or isn’t functioning well for you.

  • You know how you want your home to look and feel but you’re not sure how to achieve it.

  • You want help incorporating new furnishings with existing ones.

  • You lack the time or desire to research the possibilities and tradespeople, narrow down the options, and manage all the logistics.

  • You want to minimize expensive mistakes and the cost of fixing them.

  • Your home was great 10 or 20 years ago, but it no longer serves your family’s needs today.

  • You've tried to design your own home and realized that you just don't know where to find the right pieces and how to form a cohesive plan.

How much will an Interior Designer Cost?

Our services range in investment depending on your project type and the scope of work. All of our services (minus Design On Demand which is hourly) are a flat rate fee for the design portion of the project. We offer many service types to fit our client’s individual needs and work closely with clients to find the service that fits their projects and budget the best.

One thing that you can be sure of when working with us is that we will be completely transparent in our pricing and fee schedule-that means no surprise costs popping up on an invoice. Our open and honest partnership with you is the most important part of your project.

Will I get to see what each room will look like before I approve the project?

We have all seen that beautiful photo-realistic rendering on TV, and yes, we can create that for you with our 3D renderings.
Your initial design fee for full-service design does include realistic renderings of specific critical spaces. This is typically kitchens and bathrooms. We can discuss any other spaces that you desire a rendering for the design.

How long will the process take?

For remodeling and new construction projects, the process can take as long as 9 months to 2 years depending on the scope of work being completed.
For smaller remodel projects such as kitchens or bathrooms, the timeline would be closer to 4-9 months (depending on trade schedules, etc.).
Furnishing and Decor only projects are typically 3-9 months with smaller scopes of works having shorter timelines.

We value your time and work to be as efficient as possible while still taking the time needed to do it right.

Will you work with my existing Contractor?

Absolutely!
We are fully licensed and insured in the state of Idaho as General Contractors in order to offer clients who may not have a GC already and/or who want us to handle it all for them.

We are always happy to work alongside other Contractors to help make your vision come to life. We are here to help make your project the best it can be!
